The VNR process is intended to be open, inclusive, participatory, and transparent, building on existing platforms and processes, and tracking progress in implementing SDG goals and targets. It emphasizes the Leave No One Behind (LNOB) principle to ensure comprehensive and equitable SDG delivery. In this context, VSO on behalf of LNOB Nepal partnership aimed to capture the voices of marginalized, vulnerable, and disadvantaged groups to collect their voices and present them to the National Planning Commission through CSO’s collective platforms. This is to ensure the voices of marginalized populations are heard and counted in the VNR 2024 report.
